I love The Well! It’s a special place I bring my mom when she visits. So, when I saw they had a three month gift subscription, it was perfect. However, after the initial three shipments, I got a notice that a fourth one had been processed. I went to my account and the subscription was continuing indefinitely. I canceled it, but there was no way to cancel the fourth one that had just started processing. I found a contact form on the website and sent a message to try to cancel it, but none of the departments listed for possible contact quite fit for subscriptions. I never heard back. I would give this again, but now I know I would have to go in a cancel before the fourth shipment, which is inconvenient.
