This coffee will be our light roast drip coffee served in the cafes for the Fall and Winter season. Coming from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica means this coffee hails from the heart of Costa Rica’s most famous coffee growing region settled between the mountains. This will be the first year we’ve offered this coffee, but we're excited to see how our customers and wholesale partners enjoy it!

    In this class you will learn how to taste and evaluate the coffee like a professional. This class is lead by a Certified Q Grader, the coffee equivalent of a Sommelier. We will focus heavily on learning the sensory process and develop your palate to understand what your favorite coffee is and why. You will learn the difference between coffee, variety, origin, and processing.
