The Chumeca Micromill is a family farm led by Martin Urena, a chief coffee farmer for the past 56 years. Along with his sons, Jorge and Emilio, Martin has dedicated his farm to experimenting with new natural coffee processes. The Ammarillia 777 is an original Chumeca process created by Martin. It begins with aerobic fermentation; steeping the coffee in high temperature tanks. The coffee then goes through anaerobic fermentation and is finally dried in the sun on raised beds. We are so excited to feature such an exciting, unique coffee from this amazing farm!
