Jake Beair

Head of Education and Training

Jake started working at The Well in 2022 as a barista at the Koinonia location. He has completed several online coffee education courses and is certified in those respective areas, such as: latte art, brewing, and advanced coffee making. He has also competed in several local latte art competitions as well as the 2024 Latte Art World Championship Open in NYC.


Jonathan Quillman

Head of Food and Beverage

Jonathan started working at The Well in 2021. Since 2023, he has competed in numerous local latte art competitions and in the 2024 United States Barista Championship.
