The Well and Thistle Farms Partner to Create Lasting Impact in Nashville

We’re excited to announce a new collaboration between The Well and Thistle Farms, two Nashville-based organizations with a shared mission of service and community. The Café at Thistle Farms will exclusively serve coffee from The Well, combining the efforts of both nonprofits to empower marginalized communities through purpose-driven business.

Two Organizations, One Mission

The Well has long been committed to "Turning Coffee Into Water." With coffeehouses across Nashville, we’ve dedicated ourselves to using the power of coffee to fund clean water projects around the world. Since opening our first location in 2012, we’ve been able to provide safe drinking water to communities in need through the support of our customers. Each cup of coffee we serve helps fund global access to clean water, which is a cause that’s close to our hearts.

Thistle Farms, established in 1997, works tirelessly to provide employment, housing, and support for women survivors of human trafficking, addiction, and prostitution. Through their café in West Nashville, The Café at Thistle Farms, they offer a healing environment where women can rebuild their lives while also connecting with their community. Thistle Farms has long been a beacon of hope for these women, and their mission of radical hospitality and service is something we deeply admire.

A Powerful Partnership

This collaboration blends the strengths of both organizations, creating an opportunity for everyone who visits The Café at Thistle Farms to experience The Well’s signature coffees, including Bochica dark roast and Blue Note medium roast, as well as a selection of our teas such as Peppermint, Irish Breakfast, and Masala Chai. In return, The Well will feature Thistle Farms' signature Love Heals candles in our stores, including the popular scents Sea Salt & Driftwood and Lavender.
