Description: Our house blend features coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia. This medium roast presents a balanced flavor profile with notes of blueberry, chocolate, and subtle floral notes. Ideal for any brewing method, it consistently delivers a smooth and enjoyable cup.
As a home barista this is a fan favorite. Always freshly roasted and great flavor. The blueberry notes really come through. I use it for everything from espresso to pour over. Definitely a year round cup for me.

Drove from just outside Chicago in March to stop at The Well! ;) When the barista told me that my mocha latte was made with the Blue Note Blend, you BET I had to have some for home!! In this class you will learn how to taste and evaluate the coffee like a professional. This class is lead by a Certified Q Grader, the coffee equivalent of a Sommelier. We will focus heavily on learning the sensory process and develop your palate to understand what your favorite coffee is and why. You will learn the difference between coffee, variety, origin, and processing.
