We carefully selected a blend of direct trade Colombian coffees. Bringing them together created our Revival Espresso - a full body espresso experience while not over-roasting the coffee, allowing the coffee to create a balanced cup with amazing crema, notes of brown sugar and a very nice milk chocolate finish. The fun part of this coffee is that it has a slight orange note in the middle.

    In this class you will learn how to taste and evaluate the coffee like a professional. This class is lead by a Certified Q Grader, the coffee equivalent of a Sommelier. We will focus heavily on learning the sensory process and develop your palate to understand what your favorite coffee is and why. You will learn the difference between coffee, variety, origin, and processing.
