From drip irrigation to a school on the farm that doubles as a community meeting place and clinic, these farmers are making us proud to directly source from them and soon we will turn the coffee from their farm into water for others.

    In this class you will learn how to taste and evaluate the coffee like a professional. This class is lead by a Certified Q Grader, the coffee equivalent of a Sommelier. We will focus heavily on learning the sensory process and develop your palate to understand what your favorite coffee is and why. You will learn the difference between coffee, variety, origin, and processing.
